Abstract Submission Deadline is 5 March 2021.
As a result of the evaluation made by the referee board, the owners of the papers will be informed via e-mail if they are eligible to present or not.
All oral presentations will be presented live in oral presentation sessions at the congress. For each oral presentation, a total of 7 minutes, including 5 minutes of presentation + 2 minutes of discussion, will be provided. The maximum number of slides allowed in a presentation is 8.
Studies accepted as e-posters by the referee board will be uploaded to the abstract system as e-posters. Same username and passwords will be valid.
E-posters will also be included in the congress E-book and will also be exhibited in the E-Poster area on the congress web page.
There is no limit to the number of abstracts you may submit.
There are two types of presentations: Oral and e-poster presentation.
You may indicate your presentation preference (oral or poster). The Abstract Selection Committee determines the final presentation format.
Abstracts can be edited until the deadline. After that date, no changes in content or authors can be made. Edits could include changing the title, adding or deleting authors or changing the abstract body. Once the review process begins, no changes to the submissions are allowed; no exceptions.
Abstracts selected for this event cannot contain advertising, trade names or a product-group messages.
Please include generic names or terms in your abstract content.
